Growth Marketing Lead (f/m/d, Full-time)

Location: Marbella, Spain (with cross-location responsibilities)
Your role
- You will take ownership of Buchinger Wilhelmi’s digital growth across markets and channels.
- This is not a channel-only role. You will work across the full funnel — from acquisition to conversion — and help shape how guests discover, understand and choose Buchinger.
- You combine analytical thinking with strong commercial judgement, and you are comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Your responsibilities
- Own and scale performance marketing across key channels (Google, Meta and others)
- Take responsibility for the full digital funnel — from first interaction to booking
- Lead website performance optimisation (CRO), including landing pages, testing and booking flow improvements
- Own tracking, attribution and reporting infrastructure to enable clear, data-driven decisions
- Manage and optimise media budget with clear ROI and efficiency targets
- Drive a structured experimentation roadmap across channels, creatives and user journeys
- Identify and test new growth opportunities (e.g. new platforms, partnerships, audiences)
- Translate our brand positioning into clear, effective and credible acquisition messaging
- Work closely with internal teams (clinics, medical, CRM, content) to align growth initiatives with business priorities
- Manage and challenge external agencies where relevant
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth or digital acquisition
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid channels (especially Google Ads and Meta)
- Proven experience improving conversion rates and digital funnels
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution and analytics (e.g. GA4 or similar)
- A structured, test-and-learn mindset
- Commercial thinking and comfort working with budgets and performance targets
- Experience working across markets and cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance data with judgement — knowing when to optimise and when to rethink
- Fluency in English, Spanish/German/French is also a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Experience from working in an international organisation with colleagues distributed across geographies
