Location: Marbella, Spain (with cross-location responsibilities)

Your role

• You will own how we communicate with our guests across the entire relationship, from first interest to long-term loyalty.
• This role combines CRM, content, and communication. Your focus is to make our communication clearer, more personal, and more effective - helping more people understand what we do, and supporting them before, during, and after their stay.
• You will work closely with marketing, medical teams, and external partners to translate our expertise into simple, meaningful communication.

Your responsibilities

   CRM & Lifecycle (core focus)

• Own and improve our guest communication across the full lifecycle (pre-stay, during, post-stay)
• Build and optimise email flows and campaigns
• Segment audiences and personalise communication based on behaviour and needs
• Improve retention, repeat bookings, and long-term engagement
• Work closely with data and growth teams to measure and improve performance

   Content & Education

• Create and manage content that explains our method in a clear and accessible way
• Write and coordinate blog articles, landing pages, and email content
• Translate medical and scientific topics into simple, human language
• Support SEO and organic growth through high-quality content
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across channels

   Social Media (interim/limited part of job)

• Manage day-to-day social media publishing
• Repurpose content from blog, email, and other channels
• Coordinate with external partners for content production when needed
• Ensure consistency and quality
